This is adventure, we face new challenges, we break the chains of routine, we push our limits, we live on the edge, we experince raw fitness and face failure. We face fears, we must bring grit and determination, we climb, we swing, we play, we fail but we will not be broken, we get back up to finish what we started, we simply just keep push forward. Our bodies can do amazing things while our minds work for and against us. We are Movement Terrain.
